MARCO ISLAND HOMES AND WATERFRONT PROPERTIES
There are several important considerations when purchasing Marco Island Homes and especially waterfront properties. If you are considering a house with boat access you will need to determine if there are any bridges to go under to be sure you have the height you need for clearance.
Also if the home you are considering has a sea wall then be sure to have that inspected, as there could be expensive repairs if they have not been properly maintained.
Many of the Marco Island houses are on 80 foot wide lots except for the custom built properties which have larger lots.
